It has tier 1, tier 2, tier 3 process.
SSC prelims – it includes reasoning, maths, general awareness, and English grammar.
There are 25 questions in each section. Total 100 questions. The time is 60 minutes. There is a negative marking of 0.05 marks also. Every question has 2 marks.
It is a big challenge to attempt all the questions in 60 minutes. Most of the aspirants don’t capable to attempt all 100 questions in 60 minutes. It doesn’t mean they can’t. So, for getting a selection you have to become some extra-ordinary.
You must spend six months to study all subjects if you are a beginner. After 6 months you have practice for those subjects. Minimum 7-8 hours study is compulsory to cover all the syllabus and practice.

First of all you should start from Airthmatic. In Airthmatic you should start with percentage. You can start with ratio and proportion. These two are the backbone of maths.
After percentage and ratio, study simple interest and compound interest. Then come to ratio proportion. After that, study partnership, age.
Then start time and distance, boat and stream.
You can start from simplification. After simplification, learn average. These both are easy.
Calculation portion is very important in maths. So, it is very important to be best on calculation.
Learn square, cube, square root, cube root and tables.
Try to solve problems without pen and paper.
If you get the perfection in calculation, you will definitely save the time in exams. Therefore, you will get some extra marks than others.
